I'd Like to See if It's Over the Counter or Not?

There's clearly an effect here from the stuff. But i'd like to see it verses something over the counter, such as silium husk or another soluble fibre. We didn't talk about how you take it either. So just for people who are going to do it, i alex, you want to talk about the the recommended way you take it?
