Building Trust in a Company
In a start up land, speed is the ultimate competitive advantage. So how did you build a foundational trust in platse when that was not natural to you or innate in you? You've obviously done a lot of personal exploration and development. Cause trust is so important a company. What have you done to build trusts with your team and your your partners, all those important parts of your business and your customers? I think that christian and i made a conscious choice when we started plase that the culture of the company should reflect those values.
