What's the Attitude in the Mind?
In asking the question, what's the attitude in the mind? i could feel my mind relax back. This is a very powerful way of both strengthening and understanding the nature and power of mindfulness. A very good feedback in practice that can re-mind you to check the attitude is any time you feel a sense of struggle,. You ever feel struggle in your practiceno we will do at different times, Struggle means just one thing. It means that something is arising in our experience that we 're not accepting. If we were accepting it, we wouldn't be struggling. So rather than taking struggle as being a problem, take it as information.
