Eugene Carroll's Civil Case: Will Trump Be Charged Criminally?

Eugene Carroll, 79, was able to bring a civil case against Donald Trump because of the Adult Survivors Act. The act allows victims of sexual abuse to sue even in cases where the statute of limitations for a criminal case has expired. "It's so great that the law changed to permit people like each in Carroll to come forward," says Mary Matalin.
