In October 2020, Ramunt Koka, Wertowski, snagged the former P&O cruise ship, the Pacific Dawn for 9 and a half million dollars. The Panamanian government was seemingly all in for this project. They did not seem bothered about the idea of a bunch of crypto-rich folks setting up an offshore tax-free community.
