Robinhood, you're right. This is one with the momentum is absolutely shifted. Is that a breakout Katie in your view? I can't picture the chart. But it's not a double breakout to me. It goes back to the notion of technical analysis that you need. You want to see a long base. And when they move sideways, you'll start to see in the momentum gauges higher lows form. Like it has recently, that's where you get the breakouts.
