He's a Man of His Word

The oral transmission of knowledge of the Qur'an was massively transmitted through hundreds of thousands of people from the beginning. But this oral transmission was key, wasn't it? Was it something that we can now look back? Can we, how do you know anything is reliable? I mean, everybody listening has to just think of that question.
