How to Stop Saying and Doing Things Out Loud
It's okay to have insecurities, but saying them out loud just amplifies them because you're drawing more attention to it. The only way to overcome insecurities and to really love yourself is to embrace yourself with love. Stop telling yourself that you can only be one thing. You are not a fictional character with built-in traits and a made-up personality. It doesn't matter how many people tell you that you aren't smart or pretty or you aren't successful; you will always have your reputation.
