How to Use a Sauna for Training
A lot of the time I would default to putting that deadlift variation on a pull day, but you definitely could put it on a leg day. You should wait just like it's not ideal to do ice immediately post workout because it blunts the hypertrophy response and muscle growth. If you need to get in the sauna two to three days a week, that's the only time. Do it at a different time, right? Four to six hours separate from training. That's a general good rule to follow.
