i think san francisco is a ten year decline, and i'm not sure. If you overtax the creators of companies, what are they going to do? They're going to go to a place they feel appreciated, that has less regulation. It's total incompetent management going on as well. So a complete disaster for san francisco, and a big wind for other cities that are high functioning and states that are low tax.
