Tracy: Now one of our fights is in Hillside via in Chinatown which is a privately owned multi-family it has a hundred some 140 units that are both subsidized through Laitec meaning it's affordable housing and also the landlord accepts section 8. They're what they are struggling to do right now and have made massive strides considering the horizon is to force the city to purchase the building using eminent domain.
