The documentation for how these formats work or how Maco works is either out of date or doesn't exist. Mainly the things that do exist are for PowerPC and early Intel. And I think if I remember right, at some point you managed to talk to some folks who work at Apple on these little level things. And they didn't know either. They're like nobody knows. It's just it's lost to time. Like the people who originally wrote it either didn't document it well enough or the documentation was lost somehow and they don't work here anymore. So now just literally nobody knows. You've had to do some of this experimentally because the documentation isn't there.
