Teve: Only by standing and owning the entire stack can you make a meaningful difference. Using robots or altomation for tasks which don't challenge the human imagination or empathy is the way to go. And i think that's the high order bit. No matter how smart you are, a you need a team of great people. You've got to figure out hw to how to size people up fairly quickly,. Make decisions without knowing people too well, and hire them.
