Corporate Loans and Liquidity

A lot of these CLLs are flowing through the Cayman Islands, which rings all sorts of alarm bells. The corporate loan market is going to be extremely sensitive to recession and business cycle. If this loan product is more tied or more susceptible to recessionary probabilities, I don't think we've heard the last of CLLs. A big one would be a massive collateral shortage that might get the Fed's attention.
