I've Got a Higher Self-Esteem and I'm a Better Writer.

I've seen an improvement of about 70% in my overall emotional well-being. And mostly what that looks like is I have a clear emotional dialogue with myself. When I feel something, I can label, notice and name what I'm feeling. Because of this, I'm able to be emotionally regulated - which means I'm kind of calm all the time. For the first time in two years, I've really started to feel excited about the book that I'm writing.
