How to Negotiate Drug Prices
Tears are a way of flagging, like how much is it going to cost the patient when they want to access the drug. The lower the tier generally, the cheaper the drug to the consumer. And I think likely it's the case that these clinical groups and P&T committees are probably trying to decide about where can you actually exclude drugs versus where you need to have all of them available but just at different prices.
