Is It Discontinuous Negation?

Japanese does this and that it has negative conjugations of words. If you want to specifically negate one part of the sentence but the verb has a negative form then you can just attach something negative to that part. I'm sure Japanese times I don't know what to do. You could probably use focus markers for that or topic or something like that. We'll back to that again.
