The North Blaster

What you see is a facility, like this enormous scientific facility from what you can tell. And it's largely comprised of like this one massive tall cylindrical chamber. At the center of the chamber, you see this shallow dome of light that is several dozen feet in circumference. You hear the same kind of like digitized buzzing language that this forearmed being, uh, appears to speak when you have heard it and it is shouted out in pain. There are also large cylindrical pods with figures floating in them.
