The Emotional Component of Leadership Development

The intersection of emotional health and spiritual maturity can't be separated. That whole self, awareness of what's going on on the inside of me is an emotional component. The second contribution is monastic spirituality, going back to the desert fathers. My work out of a local church has been translating these two things practically into a local congregation.
