One of the things we've written about recently, integrated care board in northwest London. They're trying to basically commission all local enhanced services from PCNs now as opposed to general practice. What they're trying to do is effectively move funding away from individual practices and give it all to PCNs. The system doesn't want to do business with 7,000 plus individual GP practices. It wants to create effective partnership with that number.
