Colonetsmere - Q Three

Colinetsmere is growing rapidly. We're looking at getting our own space, which is a huge part of our growth. One of the biggest challenges is managing the day to day and actually executing on the dated day things that we need to do. i thought this episode would be interesting, as all of you are also getting into this second half of the year, to talk through some of the ideas around both goal setting as well as lessons learned through this year.
