Williams Are in a Very, Very Bad Space

Williams are in a very, very bad space. I don't think they have the budget for Danny Rick. It's easy to forget that not that long ago, Williams were absolutely destroying everyone. Testing this year was nothing like testing last year. McLaren is struggling and Aston surprising. Red Bull's dominant Ferrari is looking good. Mercedes is better, but still not enough.
