So much of our communication happens in written form. Is reading and writing a big way of communicating these days, or are people doing more of what we're doing now? It's like the silent media, the hidden medium, you know, something that's there hidden in plain sight. And then if you look at email, now email isn't going anywhere anytime soon. In 2021, we sent and received 319 billion emails every day.
