What Is Meant by Commons?
The tragedy of the commons has been used as an excuse not to protect open space. But in fact, it is a resource that's tendered and stewarded by a group. There are conditions under which Commons can work - just like markets. And we've massively spent decades denegrating the mons for this technology. We need ways of working together on these issues.
