The Importance of Diversity in Finance
Every job I wanted to get in finance as a bank teller, you had to have sales experience. So then do I go sell cell phones for two years and then then the questions like, Oh, you sold cell phones. That's not the right sales experience or yeah, a lot of people I knew they were rush they worked in restaurants. You got to do high ticket items and it's just one of the situations like, okay, whatever, I'm going to take the collection shop at the YMCA. My role is still in my LinkedIn first first thing because that's when LinkedIn came out.
