I feel very passionately about how people learn, and that's just been a passion of mine my whole life. My mother's a teacher, I probably learned it from her. And so when we're delivering trainings, we're thinking about things like, what is the optimal way for people to ingest new content? Should that be async or should that be live? So we thinkA lot about how to create this dynamic engaging material that people can learn. A lot of times this actually falls with the managers. It's really easy to blame it on the reps, right? But I'm actually a huge advocate as of that being the responsibility of the managers.
