i always admired the wayt they could move when they went to show you something. Now i'm an assistant with a specialty and strength, like, i'm your personal assistant. And so how can i help you? Because it's truly a customer service business. There hasn't been a single staple exercise that i've seen into be os with you havin'gived in it. I love some of the aspects of internal hip rotation because it makes a tonge sense. So sure if i'm going to be in sport or sports where i'm gonna have to add this kind of stability  in order for me to do my job well... But there is no such thing as perfect
