The Perfect Residential Assisted Living Facility
Right now we are actually going through tons of interviews with caregivers and we have a very high standard on who we want to bring in as a team. We're definitely looking for a home that's a ranch style around at least 3,000 square feet. Preferably have at least four, three to four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. The reason why we want to have a ranch home is that you have to think and be considered about how the seniors are not able to climb the stairs.
