By virtue of doubling the principal, I'm paying this 30-year mortgage as though it's a 15-year. So if I continue to always double the principal,. I'll have it paid off in 15 years. And some of your houses, I know you paid cash, because you're a baller. That's not a habit that's very easily ingrained. You could buy a house in cash. Yeah, yeah, I do. I round up the doubler.
