"I like the ben bigmans of the world. That's why i gravitate to these kind of people who just say, look, yo, be a kind, decent person," he says. "When you're in pain and you're running, it's not fun." He was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that left him unable to run or eat well. But his wife encouraged him to get back out on the road again. The journey has taken six months but is finally paying off.
