We made the wrong assumption that it would be quite easy to convert 50% of our customers into sales use cases. And so what happened is churn started to we had basically, up until that point, always had like single digit gross churn and amazingt retention. We were churning out those customers who hadn't bought us for that uw case that they were now part of. It was definitely a tough journey, and it took us, in a way, longer to to evolve there.
