Leadership - Do We Have to Follow Leaders?

i love this concept of followership. If we can be a great follower, study leadership, we can actually ler to lead like you talk about in the bookright? It's like learning to fly. We learn to lead by following. And that is a process that continues my whole life. I am what i'm doing now, at 55 years old, and i'm still following. Am still submitting to others, a from mentors, to people with different experience wimens a constant process. You know, sometimes we do need to be out in front.
