The cure for burnout is not self care. How can you be expected to self care your way out of burnout? You can't. What you need is a bubble of love around you, people who care about your roll as much as you care about theirs. Andleni grew up in a household where feelings were like not allowed and then we started reading the research that said that connection and sharing support was the way out of burnouts.
