Sales calls are a way to see the truth of what customers think. Or alternatively you hear what they actually think of your product, not what the cheerleader that's trying to encourage your team says about your product. And that's very eye opening as well to hear issues where they get really hung up or where it doesn't quite fit their needs. Some of that is kind of will come out in user testing if that's everything you do as well. Yeah, it's I mean, it's it's a journey of discovery. It'll make you grow as a human being.
