Do I Need That Much Volume to Maintain Muscle Mass?

The weight room stuff has stayed the same for the last 20 weeks. It's been six sets per muscle group with half of those sets being isolation movements that aren't that stressful. I feel as though it's just maintained strength which is all I could have hoped for during the course of that much weight loss. The squat and the overhead press are tough ones but the every other movement is basically the same in terms of load and reps. You really don't need that much volume to maintain muscle mass under almost any circumstances.
