The Ninth Circuit's Ruling on the Language of 1324 Is Unconstitutional

The case oddly enough, the Senate district court and didn't argue this at the Ninth Circuit. The Supreme Court last week picked up on that and was asking a lot of questions about whether it's really speech or just action. In other words, broad just advocacy speech like saying we should do away with immigration laws doesn't get covered by 1324.
