A really good market can affect us really well. We're moving out three or four percent of our tenants every single month. Our minimum deal size now that makes most sense is about 15 million. It's like we've reached a scale and a size where we can kind of play both. And again, I think everybody on our team would say, right now we've had a slower nine months.
