We try to not communicate on exact date of release. Why? Because we always have external contributions that we were not expecting, and usually it comes at the last minute. Sometimes we just delay a bit what was planned, and sometimes just buspone this one to the next release. In our mind, i mean, as soon as a new feature lead to not being backward compatible, it has to be in a major version. And who knows, maybe someone else will have another ao say, he well, have you thought about this? So that contribution becomes even more amazing, because it's been discussed and it's been out in the open for a while.
