How to Get the Right Body Composition Scale

Get one of these scales that measures both if you're going to do it, because otherwise you're sort of in a losing game with yourself. So the scale might be up eight pounds, but that could be muscle, right? And so think that that really trips people up. As you get older, you realize how important this is. No women out there, you are not going to get bulky and look like a body builder. It's not going to happen. Don't be scared. But aside from body composition and strength and, ah, all of that, you know, learning about organ reserve  is also very important.
