Should Open RGB Be Included in the PC?

I think as far as like RGB control goes I'm okay with does it take an RGB value and control some sort of light. If that's the case then I think it's fine to include and it should be included. But is it doing something other than that? One thing that's been thrown around is like lights that only do white or like Lights that only do single color. And I think the kind of like should we or shouldn't we so be like controlling the dimming on that I guess. So that was one where I was kind ofshould we do this or not.
