The Dangers of Whistleblowing
I think the various potential witness blowers are frankly afraid for themselves. That this is a system which not only protects a Hunter Biden, but which is willing to go after people in pretty aggressive ways. And so I don't practice law in the area of whistleblower protections, but it's a very tricky area. If you misstep and if you reveal particularly IRS otherwise protected informationyou could find yourself being prosecuted for violating those privacy statutes. So this is a very dangerous sort of thing.
