Kropotkin's Anatomy of Capitalism

Kropotkin is not as extreme as some anarchists on this front because he still embraces some of the more progressive aspects of capitalism. He also rejects a scientific socialism by rejecting the necessity of beginning economic analysis with a focus on production. Kropotkin runs away a little bit from the real material reality in which humanity exists and starts in the abstract. And it's admirable that he wants to place his socialism on a scientific basis, which is something that many non-Marxists don't even try to do.
