Is SpaceX Getting a New Provider?
SpaceX is becoming the entrenched interest in the industry in so many ways that there's no reason for them to lower their launch costs at all until someone starts putting pressure on the back end of those. SpaceX could fly a lot more often than NASA is using them and ultimately I think they NASA will only fund two or fewer but for the reasons we're talking about they want to use CLD.
