GPT-3 couldn't really use tools. It didn't interact with this environment. Of course, these things are general cognition engines. There is no limit to what you can use them for. And the plugins are just a particularly shameless, hilarious attempt of showing just like the complete disregard for the ratcheting of capabilities. I suggest hook up their AI to the internet. Come on, that's ridiculous.
