Introduction
Around two thousand 11, i hurt my left arm and had to get surgery. That's really when i fell in love with running - almost every day. Sometimes those long runs outside clear my mind, sort of reset a little bit. And sometimes i'd mix it up, hop on the treadmill and do my favourite workout which was a pyramid. Where you break ten minutes into four segments, four, three, two and one,. Increasing in intensity with each segment, and then you start over. The very end of my workout or my run, i would always add 22 seconds, my lucky number, twite, two and two.
