episode 19, megaliths, part one. We have introduced the neolithic and calculitic periods of the stone age over the last three pog casts. One phrase that i have avoided using is mesolithic. I deduce the phrase epi paliolithic to describe the natuthian culture who are heavily referenced in terms of the beginnings of the neolithic revolution. The vast majority of megalithic activity not associated directly with the building of dwellings can be found in western Europe.
