What's Your Work Like Week by Week?

In a large church, equipping is much more. What you're called on to do is to increase the ministry of the saints and enroll them in kingdom work. Then it is small meeting times and resourcing a counselling, getting with folks. And i love my work. Oh, it's very seasonal, and i like the change that that does. Summer, fall, spring. Ad, i could say typically there're three things going on. Always meeting with people, with teachers and leaders and staff. I'm always planning, what's the next study? Who's going to teach the next thing?"
