Team Building in a Virtual Environment

I think one of the, i guess, te pain point right now that people are discovering with fully remote programs is that the community aspect is really difficult. So how can we create this like fine experience at the beginning in order to build the team together? We did things tor ar like, we made the teams either, like, come up with some kind of creation on their zom gallery calls. They had tolk make a picture with their arms or with objects or something.
