Shatterkeep: A Small Campaign Adventure
The first edition of Shatterkeep was in 2012. The adventure is 11 years old. So almost 10 years later when it was written. Which means it's had a lot of good refinement and I think that that is a level of value you can't get. By the time you've tested it, it's already done. You've already run it. And there's lots of advantages and custom in doing your home brew adventures. But one thing I found with Shadowed Keep is that it really does a good job of summarizing the information about the town so you can quickly kind of grab onto what you need.
