The Power of Respect

I've become fluent and translating commander over the years. He's only having to translate what he already is. It will only be rebellious or insurrectionists as commanders if they feel that people over them are incompetent in decisive or lacking leadership competency. That's another thing that I say. They respect people who handle authority wall.
